August 2023 Profit Sharing Announcement

Congratulations on another SAFE month and welcome back to the 52% Club. The numbers are final for August and reflect another great performance by our Team. We finished the month at $6,353,969 in Sales, an increase of $984,000 from where we ended in July. Our Labor and Overtime stayed in check, and we can also factor in a series of price increases applied to our customers. All of these items impacted our surge to another 52% profit sharing month. Your checks will be dated for arrival on 20 September 2023.

We continue to stay in control of our yields as a facility and lead the division in First Time Yields at 97.51%. More impressively, we are also leading in On Time percentage to the customer of 99.8%. These two numbers stand as a testament to teamwork, communication, and flexibility shown by all of you day in and day out.

Thank you for all you do to take care of each other and our customers. Not only do you get the job done safely, you’re also improving your efficiency. We are off and running on another good month that shows great promise for us to have another chance at the 52% Club. Please stay focused on safety and quality. I am hopefully that we can string together a couple of great months and finish the year strong.
