We are now live with the Blue Care Advisor member portal! This website takes the place of the former BlueCross BlueShield member site. The Blue Care Advisor website is more user friendly, easier to navigate, and has enhanced tools for team members to manage their health in one place. You will be able to find quality, in-network providers, access insurance cards, review claims, get cost estimates for care, and connect with Cardinal’s other benefit vendors like Further, Navitus, Delta Dental, etc. Don't forget, you also have access to those links within shatterproofcareers as well: https://www.shatterproofcareers.com/benefits-resources.

There will be an email campaign starting in the coming weeks that will be sending emails to individuals that have logged into the BCBS member portal before, and it will invite them to visit the new and improved site. Team Members will maintain the same login credentials if they have logged into the BCBS site before. If they have not logged in before, they will need to walk through the registration process. There is a new app for Blue Care Advisor, too. Please see information information below.
